How to claim the kitten you want
Kittens are reserved in the order deposits arrive. The form takes two minutes and gives you a customer number immediately.
1. Enquire and get your customer number
Use the reservation form or call. Your customer number appears on screen straight away and is emailed to you. Quote it any time you contact us.
2. Talk to Canan and read the contract
She’ll reply within 24 hours. You get the contract to read before you pay a deposit, not after, along with the parents’ health screening results if you want them.
3. $500 deposit holds your kitten
Non-refundable if you change your mind, since holding a kitten means turning other families away, but fully refundable if anything happens on our side, and transferable to a future litter if you talk to us early.
4. Homecoming at 12–14 weeks
Balance due at homecoming. Collect in Houston, or we hand deliver by car across Texas and by in-cabin flight nanny anywhere in the country.
